CertVeo provides a digital certificate management platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage digital certificates
• Design certificate templates using an interactive designer
• Import participant lists in bulk
• Generate certificates in PDF format
• Distribute certificates to participants
• Verify certificate authenticity via QR code

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a guardian to use this service.

3.2 Account Information

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your password
• Notifying us immediately if there is unauthorized use of your account

4. Platform Usage

4.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You are not permitted to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Issue fake or misleading certificates
• Violate copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties
• Interfere with or damage platform functionality
• Use automated tools (bots) without written permission
• Misuse participant personal data

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain full copyright to content you upload (templates, logos, participant information). CertVeo does not claim ownership of your content.

5.2 Usage License

By uploading content, you grant CertVeo a limited license to store, process, and display such content for the purpose of providing services.

6. Payment and Subscription

6.1 Free Plan

CertVeo offers a free plan with certain usage limits.

6.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans (if available) will be charged according to stated rates. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Privacy and Data Security

The use of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

CertVeo is not responsible for:

• Data loss due to technical failures
• Financial or reputational loss from platform use
• Errors or inaccuracies in generated certificates
• Actions of other users on the platform

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

10.2 Termination by CertVeo

We reserve the right to close your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be displayed on this page with a new update date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
