After logging in, click the "Create New Certificate" button on the dashboard. Fill in the certificate information, upload a template, and use the Merge Field to position the fields. Then, add participants and download the certificate in PDF format.
Can I import participants in bulk?
Yes! You can import participants using a CSV file. Download the CSV template from the participants page, fill in the participant information, and upload it back. The system will process all participants at once.
What file formats are supported for templates?
We support image formats (JPG, PNG) and PDF for certificate templates. You can also import designs directly from Canva using our Canva integration.
How can participants download their certificates?
Participants can download certificates through the public link you share. They need to enter their IC Number and Certificate Reference Number to access and download their certificate in PDF format.
Are my certificates secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Each certificate also includes a QR code for authenticity verification. Data is stored securely and can only be accessed by authorized users.
Can I collaborate with team members?
Yes! You can create an organization and invite team members. Each member can manage organization certificates according to their assigned role (admin or member).
What does the QR code on the certificate mean?
The QR code on the certificate allows anyone to verify the certificate's authenticity by scanning it. It links to our system for verification, ensuring the certificate is genuine and not forged.
